- Ron Struthers, CCIM I'm a commercial real estate broker focusing on the Charlotte and Sarasota County market place, representing owners’ tenants and investors of commercial assets My CCIM designation was obtained in 2002. I have extensive hands on knowledge of the market with a data base of leasing and sales statistics. This knowledge is shared with clients when assisting them with solution to their real estate challenges in this volatile market. Believing Knowledge is power, I have a collaborated in numerous commercial real estate conferences in South West Florida I have been a presenter at several CCIM Outlook conferences and Charlotte County Market Trends conferences. A core value of mine is to give back to the real estate community that has served me so well for more than a decade. I have held various chairs and board membership of both the CCIM and Board of Realtors organizations.
